A creamy Italian dessert with rich chocolate flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Stir until melted.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add gelatin mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- To serve, unmold and enjoy.
Notes
- Can add fresh berries on top for garnish.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
