A rich and moist chocolate pumpkin bread that combines the flavors of chocolate and pumpkin.
Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Great with a spread of butter or cream cheese.
