Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Reese’s peanut butter cups, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla and eggs, mix until combined.
  6. Blend in peanut butter and heavy cream.
  7. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until set.
  9. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Top with chocolate chips and Reese’s cups before serving.
