A rich and creamy chocolate Reese’s cheesecake with a cookie crust.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Reese’s peanut butter cups, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla and eggs, mix until combined.
- Blend in peanut butter and heavy cream.
- Pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with chocolate chips and Reese’s cups before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for best results.
- Chill the cheesecake overnight for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
