A rich and creamy chocolate strawberry swirl cheesecake with a chocolate crust.

- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream until combined.
- Pour half the batter over the crust.
- Swirl in strawberry puree and chocolate chips.
- Top with remaining batter and smooth the surface.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until set.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for better flavor.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating.
