Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream until combined.
  7. Pour half the batter over the crust.
  8. Swirl in strawberry puree and chocolate chips.
  9. Top with remaining batter and smooth the surface.
  10. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until set.
  11. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
