Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add almond milk and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet.
  5. Add a few chocolate chips in the center of the pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter.
