Delicious chocolate truffles perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients

			- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - Cocoa powder for dusting
 - Optional: chopped nuts or sprinkles
 
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just simmers.
 - Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate in a bowl.
 - Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
 - Add vanilla extract and mix well.
 - Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
 - Using a melon baller or your hands, scoop out small balls of the chocolate mixture.
 - Roll the balls in cocoa powder, nuts, or sprinkles.
 - Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.

- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
 - Allow truffles to come to room temperature before serving.
 - Experiment with flavors by adding liqueurs or spices.
