Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just simmers.
  2. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate in a bowl.
  3. Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm.
  6. Using a melon baller or your hands, scoop out small balls of the chocolate mixture.
  7. Roll the balls in cocoa powder, nuts, or sprinkles.
  8. Place truffles on a baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
