Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chopped apples.
- Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
