Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced apples, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
  4. Place the apple mixture in the center of the crust.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the apples.
  6. Brush the crust with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
