Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to the dry ingredients. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread chocolate chips and nuts over the surface.
- Roll the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.
