Instructions

- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
- Fold in the Biscoff spread gently.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with additional Biscoff spread before serving.
