Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine roasted Brussels sprouts, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss gently.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
