Delicious Christmas-themed chocolate chip blondies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stir until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and nuts, mix gently.
- Pour batter into baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed fresh.
- Can be frozen for later use.
