Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners with the batter, about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely.
- For the frosting, beat together powdered sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes and decorate with sprinkles.
