Instructions

  7. Let cool completely.
  8. Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  9. Fill cooled éclairs with whipped cream.
  10. Melt chocolate chips with milk in a saucepan.
  11. Drizzle chocolate over filled éclairs.
