Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Pipe the dough onto a baking sheet in 4-inch strips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fill cooled éclairs with whipped cream.
- Melt chocolate chips with milk in a saucepan.
- Drizzle chocolate over filled éclairs.
