Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the tart shell in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the cream until it starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate.
- Stir until the chocolate is fully melted.
- Add butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the ganache into the tart shell.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Slice and serve.
