Delicious chocolate peanut butter cups perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract to melted chocolate, mix well.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a layer of chocolate into each liner.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top.
- Cover with more chocolate.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from liners and serve.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for freshness.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
- Can add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before chilling.
