Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- Add butter and egg yolk, mix until dough forms.
- Press the dough into tartlet pans.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then cool.
- In a saucepan, heat cream until simmering.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir until smooth and glossy.
- Pour chocolate mixture into cooled tartlet shells.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Can be topped with whipped cream or berries.
