Delicious Christmas Chocolate Toffee Bars that combine rich chocolate and crunchy toffee.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar.
- Add the flour and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
- Once the chocolate softens, spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle toffee bits on top and press gently.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container.
- Can be made ahead of time.
- Customize with nuts if desired.
