  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with sour cream.
  6. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts.
  7. Pour half of the batter into a greased pan, sprinkle half of the sugar mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the sugar mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool before serving.
