Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Add heavy cream and butter, then heat over medium until melted.
  3. Stir in instant coffee and vanilla extract.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat and pour into a greased pan.
  6. Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
