Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and orange juice.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  4. Add cranberries and cinnamon.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cranberries burst.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool.
