Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in chopped cranberries.
  5. In another bowl, whisk cream, egg, and vanilla.
  6. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  8. Shape into a circle and cut into wedges.
  9. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Let cool before serving.
