Christmas Eggnog Cheesecake is a rich and creamy dessert that combines the flavors of traditional eggnog with a classic cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggnog, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
