Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, cranberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey and coconut oil. Heat until melted.
- Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let it cool completely before storing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute nuts for seeds if desired.
- Add chocolate chips after baking for extra flavor.
