- 2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups French fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Add the green beans to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and stir in 1 cup of French fried onions.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Top with remaining fried onions and bake for 5 more minutes until golden brown.
