Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 150g hazelnuts, chopped
- 100g sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in flour, hazelnuts, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served after chilling in the fridge.
- You can sprinkle sea salt on top for added flavor.
