Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup ground hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl.
- Add flour, ground hazelnuts, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Shape dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top for decoration.
