 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
 
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine milk and heavy cream over medium heat.
 - Add cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and whisk until smooth.
 - Stir in vanilla extract.
 - Heat until hot but not boiling.
 - Pour into mugs and top with mini marshmallows.
 
Notes
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
 - Add peppermint extract for a festive twist.
