Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the kale.
- In a bowl, combine kale, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
