  • 1 cup red wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the lamb.
  4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan.
  5. Pour the red wine into the bottom of the pan.
  6. Roast for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
