  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Add lemon zest and juice, mix until combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
