Description
Deliciously sweet and creamy Christmas Maple Fudge.
Ingredients

- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, heavy cream, and butter.
- Heat over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Stir in maple syrup and continue boiling for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and walnuts.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch square pan.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- Fudge can be kept for up to two weeks.
- Adjust maple syrup for desired sweetness.
