Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Red and green sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream and egg, mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each liner.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Top with powdered sugar and sprinkles before serving.

Notes

  • Use a hand mixer for best results.
  • Allow the cheesecakes to cool completely before refrigerating.
