Instructions

  3. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix in vanilla and vinegar.
  5. Spoon meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off oven and let meringues cool inside.
  7. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  8. Top cooled meringues with whipped cream and mixed berries.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
