Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 1 cup diced cooked ham or bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of pre-made pastry shells
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, vegetables, and meat to the egg mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place pastry shells in a muffin tin.
- Pour the egg mixture into each shell, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
