Ingredients

Instructions

  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place pastry shells in a muffin tin.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into each shell, filling them about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
