  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Sift flour and cocoa powder into the mixture, fold gently.
  4. Spread batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Let it cool, then roll it up with parchment paper.
  7. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff.
  8. Unroll the cake, spread whipped cream, and roll it back up.
  9. Chill for 1 hour.
  10. Decorate with chocolate shavings before serving.
