Delicious mint chocolate cups perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour melted chocolate into the liners, filling them halfway.
- Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips and mix in peppermint extract.
- Pour white chocolate mixture over dark chocolate in liners.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
- Refrigerate until fully set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Adjust peppermint extract to taste.
