A delicious Christmas Mocha Loaf combining coffee and chocolate flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine coffee, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served warm with whipped cream.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
