A refreshing fruit salad perfect for Christmas morning.
Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 2 cups kiwi, sliced
- 2 cups mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare all fruit by washing and cutting as needed.
- In a large bowl, combine all the fruits.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, orange juice, and lemon juice.
- Pour the citrus dressing over the fruit.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use seasonal fruits for best flavor.
- Can be made a few hours in advance.
- Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less honey.
