- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, and one egg until combined.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, remaining egg, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth.
- Combine both mixtures and stir until well blended.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
