Ingredients

  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Melt butter and mix with sugar, eggs, salt, and orange zest.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and orange juice to the butter mixture.
  4. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
  5. Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  9. Mix powdered sugar with orange juice for glaze.
  10. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
