A delicious Christmas-themed cheesecake made with Oreo cookies.
Ingredients

- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup red and green sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and sprinkles.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Garnish with additional whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
