Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once boiling, continue to cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour into a greased 8×8 inch pan and let cool.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
