Delicious Christmas Peppermint Fudge Bars made with rich chocolate and refreshing peppermint.
Ingredients

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Optional: green and red sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
- In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the fudge layer.
- Optional: Add green and red sprinkles on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Use a sharp knife for clean cuts.
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, add more extract.
