Delicious Christmas Peppermint Fudge Bars made with rich chocolate and refreshing peppermint.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Optional: green and red sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  6. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the fudge layer.
  7. Optional: Add green and red sprinkles on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.
