Instructions

  4. Stir in ice water until dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough and fit into a tart pan.
  6. In another bowl, combine plums, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  7. Pour the plum mixture into the crust.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the plums are tender.
  9. Let cool before serving.
