Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add egg, food coloring, and vanilla. Mix well.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
  8. For frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  9. Frost cooled cookies.
