Description
A festive chocolate roulade filled with cream and berries.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 100g granulated sugar
- 75g all-purpose flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 200ml heavy cream
- 150g mixed berries
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Whisk eggs and sugar until thick and pale.
- Sift in flour and cocoa powder, fold gently.
- Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until firm.
- Turn the cake onto a damp towel, remove the paper.
- Roll it up while warm and let it cool.
- Whip the cream and fold in the berries.
- Unroll the cake, spread the cream mixture, and roll it up again.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Use any berries of your choice.
- Can be made a day in advance.
