Instructions

  3. In a bowl, mix sausage meat with sautéed onion, garlic, and thyme.
  4. Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  5. Place sausage mixture on one side of each rectangle.
  6. Fold over the pastry and seal the edges.
  7. Brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
