- 1/4 cup whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
- Add cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Heat until hot, but do not boil.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream if desired.
