Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- Try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat.
- Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
